Church Use Meeting

A meeting of all voting members will be held to discuss the use of the church and how and what parts of the church should be made available to outside groups. This meeting will include discussions on how the church building is used, how members view the reverence of the sanctuary, and also the insurance conditions that apply to the use of the facility by groups that are not members of St. Paul’s.

All members are encouraged to attend for a thoughtful and respectful discussion about the use of the church. All who attend are encouraged to bring a dish for a pot luck lunch and fellowship that will follow the discussion.

The meeting will be held on Saturday, October 21, 2017 beginning at 10 am.
